Powers/Abilities: As well as being one of the top martial artists in the world, Dorgan could use negative kung to instill a killing energy inside anyone he struck, so that they would die several days later. He could draw strength from the deaths of his opponents.

History: Ron Dorgan was a full contact kung-fu champion who killed a man in the ring. After this happened he went underground, resurfacing in Hong Kong a few years later to challenge local masters to bare-knuckle contests. Dorgan always won, having at some point become the disciple of Hop Li Sung and mastered the art of negative kung. This meant that he was able to imbue his strikes with a deadly energy that could kill those inflicted several days later. He used this on the Badger, who traveled to Hop Li Sung's stronghold in the South China Sea.

Cured of the death touch, the Badger was forced to again face Dorgan in combat, as Sung wanted to use the superhero as a training aid for his disciple prior to Dorgan entering a mystic tournament. Unfortunately for both of the villains, the Badger was more than a match for Dorgan, even in his weakened state, and that worthy slew him.
