Powers/Abilities: Wombat is a skilled martial artist and is practiced at wilderness survival.

History: The Wombat is an Australian Vietnam veteran, part of the Seato courtesy forces. When he returned to his native land, he adopted the costumed identity of the Wombat and became the self appointed protector of all animals, leading attacks on places where experiments were being carried out. He encountered the Badger in Tasmania, where the two thwarted attempts by IBOB to kill the last Thylacine.

             The next time he was seen he challenged the Badger to a race at Dugga Dugga, home of the Jackaroo. Badger rode Lamont, his Buffalo, while Wombat raced on his Emu. Wombat won by a beak.
